27/2/2010 Wildlife Shooting
I always like wildlife shooting, sadly, previously I don't know any nice place and doesn't have the right equipment. Yesterday my friend brought me to a place and luckily I lend a lens from my friend, the Sigma 50-500mm, with that lens, I can reach what I have been dreaming of lately. Although some of the pictures came out not really sharp, due to lack of technical and experience, but I still like some of the pictures and would like to share here.
Lastly, really need to say a big thank to both of my friend.

IRB Rugby @ Kota Kinabalu - 31.10.2009
As what I said, I really enjoy sports photography (although I hate the sun, but for the sake of sports photography, I am willing to do so). This is one rugby competition held in Kota Kinabalu, and I believe is an international event and I do caught some interesting shot using my D300 + 70-300mm VR, which I had sold it off. Got chased out by the authority after a few moments so only able to get some shots. After that incident, how I hope I can have a 800mm and I can stand far away at the stand, giving them no reason to chase me out. Anyway, still lucky to get some interesting photos.

This is why I love sports photography
I've always love sports photography but still yet to have the appropriate equipments and times to be really involved. Going through my collections, I've found one photo that I love the most, which also lock me into the field of photography. This photo, for my own opinion, is what we call "The Moment". Even you have a million dollars, you cannot buy this moment the second, it only happened once in this world and you cannot find the second similar photos, and, that is what we call "The Moment" and memory. The photo that I am talking about also won me a consolation price in my first ever photo competition, although it's just a consolation price, but that time for a newbie, it was more than enough. This was taken during Labuan International Sea Challenge in the year 2009 and the actual date of this photo was taken is 02.05.2009. It isn't really very sharp because that time I was using Nikon D300 and third party 18-200mm lens and the photo only stand half of the actual photo taken.
The other photo which I also prefer but I didn't submit this for the competition but the above photo and the next one are why really puts me seriously into photography.
